Temptation Bakeries, Charlotte's Bakery, Gluten Free Bakehouse, Lorrie's Pies,

Wellness brands.
We're expanding fast with new brands and products, and we're looking for a passionate
Marketing & Content Creator
to help bring our story to life across social media, packaging, animation, and digital content.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where creativity meets strategy. You'll work
directly with the Owner
to design and manage marketing content, create packaging concepts, and use AI tools to produce engaging visuals, videos, and animated storytelling for our brands.

You will:

  • Manage and schedule content across multiple brand social media accounts.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to create written, visual, and animated content.
  • Design and update packaging, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Create fully animated short videos or cartoons to bring brand characters and products to life.
  • Build and send Mailchimp newsletters and customer updates.
  • Keep websites and online stores current and visually aligned.
  • Assist with photography, video content, and brand campaigns.
  • Develop Canva templates, content calendars, and PowerPoint decks for ongoing use.

About You

You're a creative powerhouse who loves variety — equally confident designing packaging, planning social media, and experimenting with AI and animation. You think in stories and visuals and bring ideas to life fast.

You'll bring:

  • Strong Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Freepik, Video AI similar).
  • Ability to create animated content or short cartoons (2D/3D/AI-assisted).
  • Experience in social media management and Mailchimp.
  • Packaging design or FMCG marketing experience (preferred).
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and copywriting flair.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude — you make things happen.
