The Role

The Digital Content Producer is responsible for bringing the Aged Care Decisions and Care Decisions brands to life through compelling video, motion graphics, multimedia and written storytelling. This role will plan, film, edit, take photos, copywrite and animate content that educates, inspires, and supports families navigating aged care, while also showcasing the business customer value propositions, driving engagement and elevating brand trust + awareness across digital channels.

Working closely with the marketing function, the client services team and leadership stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in humanising the Aged Care Decisions experience through visual and engaging content, simplifying complex information into plain English and delivering content that resonates emotionally and builds confidence at every step of the care journey.

Aged Care Decisions (ACD) is Australia's largest Aged Care Placement Service. Servicing the whole of Australia, ACD assist families looking to place into Residential Aged Care or In Home Care. Whether the placement timeline is relaxed or urgent, our service can accommodate.

What you will be doing

  • Concepting, ideating, scripting, storyboarding, capturing and editing high-quality visual content in line with the Aged Care Decisions content strategy ambitions
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to translate briefs into visual engaging stories with impact
  • Work cross-functionally to understand content needs from care advisors/client services, customers and digital channels
  • Proactively pitching content ideas that support lead generation campaign activity, milestones or community engagement
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of a visual content strategy that aligns with brand tone and marketing goals
  • Using search engine discoverability best practices to create content that improves search visibility and engagement.
  • Publishing, updating and broadcasting content across company websites, social media, Facebook ads, native advertising, database (eDM, SMS & Automations) and more.

Who are you?

  • Demonstrated experience as a videographer, content producer and content creator in a commercial or agency setting
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences (e.g. families, providers, internal teams)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition) or equivalent tools
  • Experience creating content optimised for social media, web and email platforms
  • Ability to self-manage production timelines, prioritise tasks and work across multiple briefs simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of video accessibility (e.g. subtitles, contrast, pacing, voiceover)
  • High-level English proficiency excellent grammar, communication, and attention to detail are a must.
  • A doer who takes ownership of tasks and executes efficiently.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create content that is clear, engaging, impactful and results driven.
  • Experience creating and producing content about home care, aged care & disability care in Australia is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with website content management and publishing through WordPress is advantageous.
  • Passionate about helping families navigate the aged care journey.
