What's the role?

The role will be a responsible mix of content creation, social media management and marketing material creation. You'll be the connector between strategy and execution supporting daily content creation, scheduling and community engagement (on all platforms). You'll shape our content, strategy, influencer content and campaigns across social media. Your role will ensure careful advanced planning to capture quality and engaging content that will bring our feeds to life and ensure consistency in our messaging to the market.  The role suits someone who is highly organised, creative with content (videos, photos, stories) and thrives on capturing premium and engaging material.

You thrive in autonomy, take initiative and are a story teller at heart. People focused with a flair for digital media, the role is suitable for a person who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and change the trajectory of our social media.

About You

·       Experience in marketing, social media or content creation (2+ years)

·       Execute social media strategy across all platforms

·       Content capture: design a social media strategy, film and photograph product, people and events

·       Strong video and photo editing skills

·       Ability to edit and prepare content for social media, including scheduling and community engagement

·       Know your platforms – what is trending and how can we adapt

·       AI tools for content – ability to use AI tools to assist with repurposing content, improving efficiency and keeping AITF's marketing fresh

·       On site studio styling – be confident in utilising photography equipment and styling a studio to meet the content capturing

·       Strong writing and editing skills

·       Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills

·       Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels

·       Build brand growth

·       Report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement and conversations
