We're looking for a
Content Marketing Specialist
to take charge of our written content across all platforms. Beginning with website, blogs, and help articles and moving into social media. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with strategy and has a knack for explaining products in a way that makes people want to use them.

What You'll Do

  • Create compelling content across website pages, blogs, social media, and product help articles.
  • Explain product features and benefits in a clear, engaging way that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Optimize content for SEO and track performance using analytics to continuously improve engagement.
  • Write case studies, success stories, and educational pieces to build authority and trust with our audience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role (bonus points if you've worked in SaaS, fintech, or payments).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A collaborative mindset e.g. comfortable working closely with support, sales, and design teams.
