Miepol Pty Ltd is a civil engineering construction company, experienced in providing services in Civil and Construction Infrastructure, Asset Management and Traffic Management Services and Labour Hire.

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the fleet is maintained to the highest standard, meeting all regulatory requirements, and operating efficiently to minimize costs.

  • Coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with all federal and state regulations, including licensing, registration, and insurance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the fleet, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.
  • Develop and manage the fleet budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  • Oversee the acquisition and disposal of vehicles in the fleet.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the fleet meets the needs of Miepol.

Part of your daily tasks will be to use relevant systems/databases to update current works and completed jobs.

To be considered for this position it is essential you have the following:

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Construction Industry Card
  • Proven experience as a Fleet Manager, or Coordinator ready to step up.
  • Must be able to work away from home when required
