About the Company

Ausland is a successful project management company in landscape construction and maintenance, operating since 1996 currently maintaining in the region of 100 contracts across Melbourne. Ausland is the preferred landscaping partner of leading landscape architects, property developers, and local councils across Melbourne.

We have the experience, resources, and capabilities to construct projects of all sizes and complexities. We currently complete approximately 80+ projects annually including large-scale parklands and streetscape projects, as well as residential frontages, which are delivered through our innovative. We also offer tailored maintenance programs.

We pride ourselves on the delivery of a high standard of workmanship across every aspect of landscaping construction.

What you need to bring:

  • Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Landscape Construction or relevant experience
  • Previous proven landscape construction leadership experience is essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a knack for managing variation and change.
  • Ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Balanced judgment and a commitment to working to a high standard.
  • Proficient in planning project timelines and coordinating works accordingly.
  • A proactive approach to managing site safety.
  • Experienced in managing site logistics, including material deliveries and staff/subcontractor inductions.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills of the projects and people.
  • Able to deliver projects to program and on budget.
