  • Accounting Practice Experience is a Must

A pivotal role, there is clear scope for you to make a real impact as an experienced accounting practice administration professional of this respected Accounting & Advisory firm.

Core functions of the role include:

  • Managing mailbox, general client inquiries
  • Accountant support with administrative tasks in Xero
  • Preparation of invoices, various ASIC/ ATO administrative duties
  • General office management and event coordination
  • Document coordination
  • Following up of outstanding invoices, liaising with external stakeholders
  • Internal stakeholder support where required in assistive capacities

Particulars:

  • 8:30am - 5pm (flexibility on case-by-case basis)
  • End of Trip Facilities
  • Free parking on-site

About you:

  • Demonstrated Accounting Practice Experience in a similar role
  • BGL / CAS 360 experience for ASIC management
  • Exposure to Xero, FYI Docs
  • Full Working Rights

The client is significantly motivated to engage the right person, and will negotiate a salary package commensurate with experience up to circa 100k.
