About the Opportunity
As the People Change Lead, you'll develop and deliver strategies that ensure our people are informed and engaged. You'll apply a strong workforce compliance lens to ensure initiatives align with legislative, policy, and organisational requirements.

Ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and thrive in a complex environment where collaboration and influence are key. You bring an understanding of workforce compliance and governance, ensuring people are at the heart of the program.
