Our Sales and Service contact centre support over 1.2 million RAC members providing exceptional member experiences every day. Our Sales and Service consultants are at the heart of it all, helping members through breakdowns, consulting on the best products to meet their needs and helping them get the most out of their membership with RAC.

We currently are on the lookout for a seasoned Sales & Service manager to lead effective sales performance and service level agreements across our contract centre teams. As a sales & service manger you will lead around 5 multi disciplined contact centre teams with a focus on leading operational performance and delivering strategic objectives.
- Here’s what you’ll do_
- Lead and develop a diverse cohort of Team Managers within the contact centre, sales & service environment. You know that this means no two days are the same so when it comes to juggling many priorities - you’re a pro
- Deliver in spades our ambitious but achievable sales budgets and service level agreement metrics. Nothing gets past you, you know that the devil is in the detail as you stay abreast of all the performance data ensuring we always stay on track for all our products
- Develop your team and support them in identifying career growth opportunities delivering highly engaged teams that are connected to our purpose and RAC vision and mission.
- Manage Performance of your teams and foster high performing culture whilst championing health, safety and wellbeing
- You are constantly on a quest for continuous improvement, and are well versed in leading and delivering key change initiatives. In a world where change is the only constant, your project management skills are very well honed
- Lead by example and provide efficient, best in class customer service with a holistic approach to our members needs
- Develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships across the business

Naturally, you are a result driven, inspiring leader. You thrive on getting the best from your team in an ever-changing working landscape. You will be from a similar environment within a fast-paced sales and service background ideally within a contact centre or financial services environment.

You have a proven experience track record in leading a multiple cross functional teams to meet performance targets, including operational measures. You’re a team player that can work collaboratively across numerous channels and stakeholders.
