About the Opportunity
This Full time or Part time, ongoing position for Recruitment Lead within the People and Culture Team and attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 (HEW 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
The overall aim of the People & Culture team, and its new supporting plan, is to articulate a vision for ECU to empower the talent and potential of our staff. You will join a team of HR professionals within the People & Culture Operations team to provide solutions that drive decisions to university clients and stakeholders to facilitate recruitment strategies.

Key Criteria
To be successful you will have experience in a similar role and will demonstrate experience in:
Leading a full life cycle of talent acquisition activities.
Design and delivery of process improvements (including technology)
Confidence in managing external vendor relationships, including panel performance review, partnering with Commercial entities to negotiate terms and address performance issues / breaches of agreement.
Staying informed and current about market trends and technological advancements.
