AJ Baker & Sons are a fourth generation, family owned company, established in 1920 with branches throughout Australia. Located in WA, SA, NSW, VIC & QLD, we specialise in; supply, installation, service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning for supermarkets and other commercial businesses.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Service Administrator to join our Sydney -Service Department team on a permanent fulltime basis.
A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience is required for this position.
You will be responsible for:
- Receiving, logging and invoicing of service calls
- Allocation of service mechanics to service calls, and scheduled maintenances
- Coordination, calculation & data entry of time sheets
- Preparing & receipting purchase orders
- Coordinate and assist in all areas of the service department
To be a successful candidate, you will possess:
- Strong communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
- Service Coordination experience advantageous
- Ability to multitask & schedule maintenances promptly
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Driver's Licence
- Full unrestricted driver's licence is essential
- Permanent rights to work in Australia
