We have an outstanding opportunity for a Time Capture Administrator to actively work as part of the Time Capture team to meet all deadlines and levels of service to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. This is a full time permanent position based in Eastern Creek, North Ryde or Collins St Melbourne.
- Previous experience in a comparable site administration role dealing with employee time capture desirable
- Experience in the management of Kronos, or similar, time award interpretation desirable
- Experience in the administration of Kronos, or similar, time capture devices desirable
- Basic level understanding of Enterprise Agreement detail
- Ability to work as part of a busy, centralised team to achieve required business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to process a high volume of data within specific time frames
- High level of customer service
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to discuss payroll issues at all levels of the business
- Attention to detail and respect of deadlines
- Ability to establish a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
