We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to join a prominent mining site in Northern Territory to oversee Civil Bulk Earthworks.

The position is available to start immediately with potential to run through July 2026. Previous experience Supervising cut and fill earthworks projects is required. 

Flights are provided, and you will be working a 2:1 roster. Candidates based in Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns, or Darwin are encouraged to apply. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Immediate start available
  • $1,200 - $1,500 per day, rate based on experience
  • Contract through Christmas with potential to run through July 2026
  • FIFO 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster
  • 6am-6pm schedule when on site
  • Flights, camp, and meals provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide supervision and development of operators, labourers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee the progress for Cut and Fill on bulk earthworks portion of civil construction
  • Manage WHS, QA, and reporting
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality and budget targets
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 5 years' experience and proven track record managing Civil Construction projects
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Previous experience working within mining preferred but not required
  • Additional Plant Operating tickets and experience preferred
