**Expression of Interest – Civil Construction Roles regional Western Queensland**

Shamrock Civil Engineering is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and skilled individuals for potential upcoming projects in Western Queensland. Should we be awarded a project in the region, we will require experienced personnel on a permanent bases across a range of civil construction roles. These positions would be on a FIFO Roster from Brisbane into Western Queensland. The roles include:

  • Pipe Layers / Drainers
  • Concreters
  • Final Trim Grader Operators
  • Moxy Operators
  • Roller Operators
  • Final Trim Excavator Operators
  • Multi Skilled / Ticketed Operators, highly regarded
  • General Civil Labours (Grade 2/3)

About the Roles: These positions will support a variety of civil construction projects across the region, including roadworks, drainage, concreting, and general earthworks. Successful applicants will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes as part of a safety-focused and professional team.

What We're Looking for:

  • Previous experience in civil construction (essential for skilled roles)
  • Relevant tickets, licences, or certifications (e.g., RII, White Card, HR licence)
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Flexibility to work in remote or regional locations
  • Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable / available for regional roster work (15:6)
