Core Talent is working with a well-established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of subdivision and urban development projects across South-East Queensland.

They're now looking to bring on an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and deliver high-quality subdivision projects across the Brisbane region.

The Role:

As a Civil Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, and machinery to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This role would suit someone with a strong background in subdivisions or bulk earthworks who enjoys being hands-on in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
  • Manage civil crews, subcontractors, and plant on site
  • Oversee bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and utility installation
  • Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to achieve project milestones

About You:

  • Previous experience delivering subdivision or urban development projects
  • Solid understanding of earthworks, drainage, road construction, and services installation
  • Confident leading teams and communicating across site and office
  • White Card and current Driver's Licence essential
  • Machinery or site supervision tickets highly regarded
