Civil Supervisor – Wind Farm Projects (FIFO/DIDO | 10/4 Roster)

We're seeking an experienced
Civil Supervisor
to join a reputable
civil subcontractor
delivering major
wind farm infrastructure
projects across regional Australia. This position is offered on a
FIFO or DIDO basis
, working a
10 days on / 4 days off
roster.

As the Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the
delivery of subcontracted civil packages
, including
FRP (formwork, reinforcement, and concrete), foundations, access roads, and hardstands
. You will ensure all work is executed safely, to specification, and in alignment with both the subcontractor's and principal contractor's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction works for wind farm projects under subcontract.
  • Oversee all
    FRP activities
    , including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Lead on-site teams and manage subcontracted labour, plant, and materials.
  • Interface with the principal contractor's site and engineering teams to coordinate works and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with subcontract scope, schedules, and QA/QC documentation.
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
  • Monitor and report on progress, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Support project engineers in preparing ITPs, WMS, and progress claims.

About You

  • Proven experience as a
    Civil Supervisor
    working for a
    subcontractor
    on large-scale civil or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong background in
    FRP (formwork, reinforcement, and pouring)
    and
    concrete structures
    .
  • Sound understanding of
    subcontracting processes
    , scopes of work, and interface management with principal contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Trade or engineering qualification in Civil Construction or related discipline.
  • Ability to work
    FIFO/DIDO on a 10/4 roster
    .
