THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sales Training Manager is responsible for standardising the learning experience across AU Commercial Education for Wound Closure. You will collaborate across global and local (strategy) and regional commercial education teams to understand, build and institutionalise J&J MedTech foundational and advanced clinical programs. You will take part in field-based activities, includes training, customer facing engagements from operating to C-suite and will involve domestic travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with regional and commercial partners to translate business strategy in JJMT learning standards
- Consult with Global Marketing and AU Sales and Marketing teams, offering training expertise to meet business objectives
- Ensure learning strategies are aligned with commercial business plans
- Infield customer interactions with the sales team to drive for best practice
- Create and execute development of plans for existing Field Sales Trainers to enhance capability and succession plan
ABOUT YOU
- Degree and/or 3+ years of commercial education or related experience
- Experience in Medical Devices is highly valued
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate Instructional Design
- Formal training in Instructional Design
- Experience in curriculum design/training facilitation
- Strong Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Strategic planning, needs assessments and adult learning
- Proven ability to manage vendor resources
- Ability to effectively communicate strategy and standard across various commercial teams
