About the Opportunity
As a Data and Reporting Lead of our Reporting Unit within SDPR, you will oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of clinical reporting, data extracts, and business intelligence services for eHealth NSW's Statewide Data Platform and Reporting (SDPR) system. The role drives data quality, reporting innovation, and stakeholder engagement to support better clinical and operational decision-making across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire the SDPR Reporting team to deliver accurate, timely, and impactful data solutions across NSW Health.
- Manage the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, ETL processes, and analytics tools to meet clinical and business needs.
- Partner with Local Health Districts and the Ministry of Health to understand data requirements and translate them into effective reporting outcomes.
- Oversee change management, process improvement, and documentation to ensure high-quality, sustainable reporting services.
- Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused culture.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experienced data and reporting professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage technical teams.
- Skilled in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data needs into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
