As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to play a key role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer and managing the operations of our Broadmeadows campus.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Broadmeadows. The Office Manager will be the central point of coordination for all day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a professional environment for staff, students, and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys balancing administration, compliance, and people management. You will work closely with the CEO and internal teams, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing the allocation of staff, workspace, and equipment

· Assigning duties and supervising staff performance

· Overseeing office records and financial documentation

· Coordinating with internal stakeholders to manage office operations and resolve issues

· Supervising the upkeep of facilities and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. Regular asset tracking.

· Enforcing 100% compliance with workplace health and safety regulations as defined in various Australian statues.

· Assisting in recruitment, staff development, payroll, performance management, and training.

· Assisting in the development and evaluation of office service plans, priorities, and standards.

· All other tasks assigned by the Management.

We are looking for candidates with:

· We are looking for a confident and professional Office Manager who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

· 3–5 years' experience in an Office Manager or similar leadership/administrative role.

· A Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent qualification).

· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.

· Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with staff at all levels including senior stakeholders.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.

· Professional presentation, a proactive mindset, and a strong customer service orientation.

· A positive, team-focused approach with the ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
