Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and plan menus with creativity and precision
  • Manage food and labour costs while maintaining quality
  • Order and maintain stock of fresh ingredients and supplies
  • Oversee the quality of dishes throughout preparation and service
  • Collaborate with managers, dietitians, and front-of-house teams
  • Share expertise by demonstrating techniques and guiding kitchen staff
  • Prepare and cook exceptional dishes with consistency
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assist in the training of apprentices

If you're driven by excellence in the kitchen and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Minimum of 1 year relevant chef experience, Certificate III, Certificate IV in Cookery, and Diploma of Hospitality.
