We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen and help us deliver the fresh, flavour-packed food our customers love.
About Us
Pancho's Pizza & Pasta is a busy, family-friendly restaurant known for authentic pizza, pasta, and comfort food. We take pride in our quality ingredients, consistency, and friendly local vibe.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking pizzas, pastas, and other menu items to a high standard
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control
- Supporting menu development and specials
- Working efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Leading and mentoring kitchen assistants and cooks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar chef role (Italian cuisine or fast-paced kitchen preferred)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Pride in presentation and consistency
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and genuine love for food
