WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a motivated and driven 1st or 2nd year business or commerce student based on the Gold Coast who is eager to gain real-world experience in a professional environment. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in financial services to learn more about Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) and tailored investment solutions in a supportive, hands-on setting.

Ideal candidates will have:

– A genuine interest in finance, investments, or superannuation

– A strong willingness to learn and take initiative

– Good communication and organisational skills

– Availability to work casual during the semester

THE ROLE

As an Administration Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our daily office operations, gaining hands-on exposure to the financial services industry, specifically our Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) services and tailored investment solutions:

Office Administration & Filing

  • Maintain clean, organised files—both digital and physical—including client and compliance documentation related to SMSFs and investment strategies.

Data & Process Management

  • Assist with data entry, update client and financial records, support critical workflows (e.g. SMSF documentation, compliance tasks), attention to detail must be meticulous.

General Office Support

  • Keep the office functional and welcoming—managing supplies, performing light maintenance, organising meeting rooms, and running errands like courier drop-offs or bank runs.

Executive & Clerical Support

  • Prepare basic correspondence, assist with report/presentation prep, book meetings, and support our team with general organisational tasks.

Phone & Front Line Communication

  • Professionally answer and direct calls, support client queries, and maintain clear, courteous communication in line with our company values.

WHAT WE OFFER

Your journey will begin with a
2-week, hands-on learning experience
designed to familiarise you with the day-to-day operations that support our business. During this time, you'll gain exposure to the core functions that keep the firm running, from document management and client communication to SMSF processes and tailored investment support. (76 hours unpaid fulltime work)

At the end of this introductory period, we'll conduct a review of your performance, initiative, and cultural fit.
Strong performance during this time generally will lead to an offer for a paid, ongoing position
as an Administration Assistant within the firm, giving you the chance to continue learning, contribute meaningfully, and grow your experience in a professional financial setting.
