As the Office Administrator, you’ll manage day-to-day operations at our Bundall office, support new staff on boarding, and provide support to the Executive team. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting leadership.
- Expense claim processing
- Meeting minutes and organisation
- Drafting and formatting correspondence
- Diary management
- Contribute to new staff on boarding in collaboration with the EA and HR teams
- Support meetings by organizing beverages and catering for the Executive team
- Provide ad-hoc secretarial support for visiting senior leaders or during periods of annual leave for other Executive Assistants
- Assist with office equipment, supplies, and stationery for Executives and the EA team
**What You’ll Bring**
- Relevant experience in office administration
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
