We are expanding & Pace Entertainment is opening up a position for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part time role for 2 days per week.

Our company is looking for an office all rounder who can help with general office management such as filing, accounts and other administrative jobs for touring events and acts as they perform around Australia, New Zealand and the world.

Do you have:

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with different cultures around the globe
- The focus to work on tasks independently while also participating in team discussions and company meetings
- A strong understanding of how to use the internet and google suite, as well as the ability to use company software
- Understanding what is required to achieve the above including but not limited to; processes, publicity, policies, etc.
- You understand the responsibility and accountability within your role
- You have the initiative and creativity to work independently within the parameters of the businesses goals, aims and objectives, paired with the impeccable communication skills and consideration needed to work in a team
- Multi-disciplinary skills with a large amount of common sense
- This job would be best suited to applicants that are interested in pursuing a career in the performing arts industry
