Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in the strata industry? SSKB, a privately owned strata management company with offices across Australia's East Coast, is currently hiring Join our team as an Administrative Assistant (internally referred to as ACM) and play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of strata properties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the Strata Manager.

**The Position**

In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist the Strata Manager in managing a portfolio of strata properties and handle a variety of responsibilities including:

- Attending meetings and capturing minutes
- Crafting comprehensive documentation, including correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines
- Efficiently managing diaries and schedules
- Establishing strong client relationships and collaborating closely with committees
- Maintaining meticulous and current records, including strata bylaws, financial documents, and correspondence
- Responding to inquiries and offering informed advice
- Handling correspondence and facilitating dispute resolution
- Staying up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide well-informed advice to clients

**About You**

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and scheduling skills. You should thrive on working to deadlines and possess the ability to quickly absorb detailed processes. While strata or real estate experience is preferred, we encourage administration professionals to apply.
