We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for all team members
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Clerks and Call Centre Awards, and legislation
- Administer PAYG, superannuation, Single Touch Payroll and reimbursements
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave accruals and entitlements
- Reconcile payroll with Finance, support audits and reporting
- Look for ways to improve accuracy, efficiency and automation
- Partner with Finance and People & Culture to align payroll with workforce changes
- 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
- Proficiency in Xero or Rippling
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills - bonus points for bring AI prowess with you.
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Integrity, discretion, and excellent communication
