Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Human Resource Manager to drive talent, culture, and performance across our Real Estate Management Services business, nationally. This role is all about attracting and retaining top talent, delivering engaging onboarding, building capability through learning programs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning with hiring managers.
- Design & Deliver onboarding programs that accelerate productivity.
- Implement performance frameworks and track KPIs.
- Deliver training and career development pathways.
- Champion culture, engagement, and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS, and risk standards.
- Partner with corporate HR team on deploying key HR programs.
- Identify growth opportunities, nationally.
- Experienced in HR, talent management, or organisational development.
- Skilled in performance management and learning design.
- Strong communicator and coach, with a passion for culture and engagement.
