The purpose of this role is to lead the following Commission functions to contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives and priorities:
human resources (including payroll),
learning and development
work health and safety,
corporate governance and risk management,
security (including vetting of staff and contractors) and facilities,
witness wellbeing,
reception.
This is a permanent full-time position.
The annual salary is $176,736 to $195,631, plus employer's contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading (currently 17.5%)

Essential requirements
Candidates will be assessed against the following requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or extensive work experience relevant to the position.
- Demonstrated strategic and operational understanding and experience in the in two or more of the following section specialities, including human resources and payroll, work health and safety, corporate governance and risk management, security (including vetting of staff and contractors), and building facilities.
- Leadership experience at a senior level and a strong knowledge of public sector operations, policies and legislation are required.
- High-level communication, negotiation, liaison and influencing skills are also required, as is the proven capability to identify issues, and to develop, communicate and implement strategies, policies and procedures.
