Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, managing client relationships, conducting property showings, and developing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include negotiating and closing sales, networking with potential clients, and remaining up-to-date on market trends and property values. The role requires close collaboration with the property management team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate markets and trends
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
