Receptionist – Inkblot Psychology Clinic (Minimum 3 Days per Week)

Inkblot Psychology Clinic ) is looking for an experienced, warm, and highly organised receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, professional, and welcoming experience for every person who walks through our doors.

This role sits at the heart of the clinic — you'll keep things running smoothly, support our clinicians, and help uphold the high standard of care Inkblot is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house reception and daily administrative tasks
  • Handle client enquiries, bookings, and waitlists with professionalism and care
  • Process billing, payments, Medicare claims, and documentation accurately
  • Support clinicians with scheduling, preparation, and admin needs
  • Maintain efficient systems, confidentiality, and compliance standards
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and client-focused team culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an allied health or medical reception role (essential)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
  • Confident using practice management software and general admin systems
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week
