YES MATE CLEANING SERVICES is one of WA's fastest-growing commercial cleaning companies, servicing national brands, retail stores, offices, medical centres, warehouses and NDIS clients. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Client Representative to help grow our portfolio and strengthen our client relationships.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, conducting site walkthroughs, creating quotes, and building long-term business partnerships. You will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into clients, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new commercial cleaning clients
  • Conduct on-site walkthroughs and understand client requirements
  • Prepare quotes, proposals and service agreements
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho)
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and scheduled visits

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident meeting clients face-to-face
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Experience in cleaning or facilities is helpful but not required

What We Offer

  • Salary: $55,000–$85,000 per year + uncapped commissions
