ANOTHEN Community Care is a growing community care provider, and we now have room on our team for an experience client service officer. This role will be based on site in Gosnells and required the right person to be flexible and committed to doing weekdays and weekends on a 14-day rotating roster set up. The hours are 24 hours permanent part time weekly.

About the role

Our client service officers play an important part of ensuring our clients receive quality services and supports in the community care sector. As a client service offer it is expected that you will undertake the following as part of your role:

  • Attend to administrative tasks
  • Answer the phone and take required action
  • Support the leadership team with basic administration task
  • Support clients over the phone as required
  • Support front line workers over the phone as required
  • Assist with irregular face to face supports when required
  • Wages are as per the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (MA depending on years of experience and qualifications.

Requirements of the role

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a NDIS workers check
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a working with children's check
  • Must have a minimum of a certificate III in disabilities (or similar)
  • Must have or be prepared to obtain a mental health first aid certificate
  • Must have above skills in English – written, spoken and comprehension
  • Must have at lease 12 months working in the community sector
  • Must have a current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Must have good phone manner and communication
  • Must have active listening skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and skills for Microsoft 365
  • A reliable car – with current registration and insurances
  • A current WA drivers' licence – preferred
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Must be able to work with clients if required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.12 – $70.30 per hour
