About The Role
As we grow into our next exciting chapter, we're looking for a Bookkeeper who's ready to be part of something bigger — someone who loves structure and numbers but also thrives in the energy of a creative, fast-paced brand.
You'll be the heartbeat behind our financial rhythm, helping us stay on top of the details that make bold growth possible.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Xero Management: reconciliations & invoice management
- Track and manage expenses, budgets, taxes, and cash flow
- Prepare clear, insightful financial reports (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Keep accounts payable and receivable running smoothly
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping or finance
- Confidence with Xero and Microsoft Office
- A love of order, detail and clarity
- A can-do energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambitious team with a founder leader with a strong vision
