What we are looking for:

We are looking for Home Care Workers who can work in the Central Brisbane/Moreton Region around Burpengary,Deception Bay,Rothwell or North Lakes

  • Have a genuine interest and respect for our diverse senior community's unique personalities, history, and values.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Are self-motivated with a positive work ethic, committed to delivering client-focused care in the comfort of their homes.

  • Adheres to safe work practices and understands and respects professional boundaries.

About the role:

Our services are tailored to suit the needs of our clients and may include:

  • Personal Care
  • Companion Care
  • Domestic Assistance
  • In-Home Respite
  • Transportation
  • Meal Preparation
  • Dementia Care
  • Social Support (including shopping assistance and outings).

What you will need:

  • Hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, and Social Support, or relevant experience in residential facilities.
  • A current driver's license
  • National Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
  • A registered and reliable vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
