Situated in the heart of Ashmore, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

The opportunities have become available for an Educational Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need;

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• a current and valid Working with Children Check
• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
• effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
