The Opportunity _**

At Infinite Care, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide an environment which encourages and enables residents to remain independent. Our Personal Care Workers (PCW) are highly visible and play a key role in helping us achieve this.

Working closely with and supported by the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner which enables residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.

**_ About You_**

At Infinite Care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not necessary. What is essential however is that you have a resident centric, and the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also
- Demonstrated 1 year in the Australian Aged Care Sector.
- Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies.
- Must have the industry compliance of NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
- Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team and follow set safety procedures at all times.
- Ability to think on your feet ensuring our residents are the main focus as you will be making a difference to their lives everyday
- A passion for making a difference to the elderly by being their personal carer including building positive relationships with their families.
