Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Yulara, NT. The Chef will be responsible for preparing meals, developing menus, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include managing kitchen inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations, and working collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
  • Menu development and planning skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
  • Adherence to health and safety standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
