An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20 minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
A dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality professional with previous supervisory experience and strong conflict resolution and communication skills is required to lead our team. This role involves leading by example, motivating and developing staff while assisting in daily operations and maintaining the outlet.
Key Duties
- Supervise employees in line with roster hours and standard operating procedures
- Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
- Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team members to follow.
***You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role***
