An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team Based in the Northern Territory, Ayers Rock Resort is the largest integrated resort complex in the southern hemisphere. Owned by the Indigenous Land Corporation, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia provides great experience-based holidays. Who we are seeking

A passionate and qualified individual who is driven and focused with a desire to learn and succeed in a culinary/hospitality career to join our Kitchen Team at Ayers Rock Resort who has:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience post-apprenticeship in a similar role
- Previous experience within a large kitchen operation
- Experience within a hotel or resort environment
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP principles

Full time Positions Available

Commis Chef ($31.84 per hour)

Assist the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food to guests by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting the kitchen team in the execution of exceptional culinary experiences.

Demi Chef ($33.24 per hour)

Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Partie in daily operations, and ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes. The Demi Chef also takes on leadership responsibilities, including training junior staff and stepping into a supervisory role when required.

Cook ($29.53 per hour)

Preparing and presenting dishes that meet the hotel's culinary standards and delight guests, by following recipes maintain food safety practices, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment that ensures smooth service and quality cuisine.
