Overview
An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer service enthusiast who has a passion for hospitality and providing guests with unforgettable experiences. In this role you will undertake Food & Beverage Attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in one of our various outlets.
Key Duties
- Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
- Prepare and serve beverages as required, whilst also following NT RSA laws and house policy.
- Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey.
You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.
