Be a part of Ayers Rock Resort’s “Epic Icon” team as a C&E Ops Outdoor Dining Assistant Manager. We’re seeking a leader to manage outdoor dining at Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru.

Elevate guest experiences with passion for all food & beverage services. Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to inspire, guide a team of dedicated employees, and uphold top‑notch service standards. Drive the Conference & Events portfolio and maintain profitability.

Key Duties

- Develop SOPs, ensure safety, and nurture team relationships.

- Manage Outdoor Dining within budgets, optimizing revenue and costs.

- Build exceptional guest experiences, collaborating with clients.

- Support Outdoor Dining and events teams, overseeing operations.

You Will Come With

- 3 years’ experience as a manager or Operational Events Manager.

- RSA certification.

- Full driving license.
