What You Will Be Doing In This Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, where you'll play an important role in managing patient billing, processing payments and insurance claims, and ensuring that all financial records are kept accurate and up to date. And don't worry if you haven't done this before - our welcoming team will ensure you have detailed onboarding and orientation to ensure you are well supported in the role.
We're looking for a friendly and confident individual to provide excellent customer service to our patients, both over the phone and via email. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with Medicare.
Who We're Looking For
Some administration experience would be beneficial to help you hit the ground running, but what's really important to us is your eagerness to learn and grow in the role. We value a strong attention to detail, as accuracy is key in everything we do, and a positive, can-do attitude will ensure that you fit right into our team. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, ready to take on new challenges, and excited to contribute to our team's success.
- You'll have the ability to provide high quality customer service and be an exceptional communicator both verbally and via email.
- You'll have previous experience in a healthcare billing or revenue services role, preferably in a hospital or similar setting
- You'll enjoy staying organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
- You'll have demonstrated elevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence.
- You'll have full Australian working rights and the ability to work a full time Mon-Fri role.
