About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Project Manager to work within our Transformation Office.

Reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering Scope's enterprise strategic priority initiatives.

Your Key Focus

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with Scope's strategic priorities and transformation goals
  • Ensure compliance with ePMO frameworks, templates, and reporting protocols across the project life cycle
  • Manage appointed vendors and their statement of work as relevant
  • Collaborate with change managers and champion support, adoption and feedback for change initiatives
  • Ensure benefits are transitioned to business owner post-project, enabling ongoing monitoring and sustained value realisation beyond project closure

What We Look For

  • Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross functional projects within a structured PMO or ePMO environment
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk, and benefit management frameworks
  • Proven experience within People Projects
  • Proven experience in organisation re-design
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (eg. )
  • Experience within the Disability and/ Community Sector beneficial
