Business Success Manager (Casual)
Fully Remote | $32 per hour + super
We're looking for a Business Success Manager to join our team on a casual basis. This role is similar to an Account Manager, focused on helping our business clients achieve success with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients
 - Build strong, trust-based relationships and ensure clients get maximum value from our services
 - Understand client goals and proactively provide advice, guidance, and solutions
 - Troubleshoot issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure smooth delivery of outcomes
 - Track client performance and success metrics, and share insights to help them grow
 - Collaborate internally with support, product, and operations teams to deliver results
 
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
 - Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
 - Ability to understand client needs and provide proactive solutions
 - Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
 - A self-starter who enjoys helping others succeed
