We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR & Payroll Systems Administrator to lead the evolution of our internal HR and payroll systems. About the Role

As the City's HR & Payroll Systems Administrator, you'll take ownership of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll function.

You'll ensure data accuracy, security and system optimisation while driving automation, integration and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to payroll and beyond.

Partnering with the People & Culture leadership team, you'll:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows and improve processes
  • Enhance the overall employee experience through innovation and technology
  • Lead the Payroll team to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused services
