Bunbury, Western Australia Connect Resources Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

We're looking for experienced Loader, Skid Steer and Excavator Operators to join our team on projects in Bunbury and the wider South West. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate required machines to assist with production
  • Work safely around services (water, power, comms) and ensure best-practice controls.
  • Complete pre-starts, JHAs/SWMS, basic daily maintenance and quality checks.
  • Liaise with supervisors and truck drivers to keep production on track.
  • Trimming works

What We Need From You

  • Civil background (subdivisions/roadworks/earthworks) with proven operating experience.
  • Demonstrated experience on a loader, skid steer and/or Excavator.
  • Confident working around other machines.
  • Current White Card and relevant plant tickets (Loader, skid steer or Excavator)
  • Valid driver's licence, reliable transport.
  • Solid communication and safety focus
  • Availability for consistent weekday hours with occasional Saturdays when required.
