The Opportunity

As a Multi-Skilled Civil Plant Operator, you will work across a mix of sites and projects operating modern gear and supporting the ground as required. You will help us deliver the safe, high quality outcomes our clients trust us for.

What you will do

  • Operating a range of plant: Bobcats, Loaders, Dozers, Excavators, Skid Steers, Moxys, Rollers and Graders
  • Perform precision excavation, trenching, drainage, bulk earthworks and road construction tasks
  • Deliver works safely and efficiently, supporting the completion of upcoming contracts
  • Construction of Sewerage, Water Reticulation and Storm Water Drainage
  • Work with Laser Grade and GPS Systems to achieve spec and finish

About you

  • Local South West resident with Civil Construction Industry experience
  • Valid HR / HC Licence
  • White / Blue construction card
  • Relevant machinery tickets and experience
  • Final Trim experience on relevant equipment (highly regarded)
  • Ability to perform some labouring duties if and when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to reactive work environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
  • Strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all tasks
  • Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
