About the role

We're currently seeking a Building Services Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our workplace environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained supporting our people to thrive.

As the first point of contact for building services, you'll:

  • Oversee operations across multiple sites across including Thomastown, Yarraville and CBD and Southbank office.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and track preventative maintenance programs
  • Respond to operational requests and resolve maintenance issues
  • Manage WHS compliance for contractors, ensuring safety standards are not compromised.
  • Process invoices and manage allocated budgets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
  • Support the delivery of capital and maintenance projects
  • Help drive a culture of care, curiosity, and connection

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in facility services or building operations
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive customer service mindset
  • Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable)
  • A current Victorian driver's licence (essential)
