**The Position**:
Due to recent growth, we currently have an opportunity for a National Account Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team. This role is focused on supporting an account team in delivering a high level of customer service to both our major clients as well as our internal customers.

A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business. This role will also provide support to the National Account Manager and the operational branches in ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

**What you will do**:

- Be the primary contact nationally for day to day operational issues
- Manage business relationships with internal/external customers and provide efficient response to their queries
- Support the National Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and ensure that service levels & KPIs are met
- Assist in managing the customers' performance within agreed contractual parameters
- Enhance customer experience by identifying the process improvements
- Provide timely reports on business activities to the National Account Manager and Customers
- Coordinate end to end contract life cycle management

**What you will bring**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, dealing with OEM's, Dealerships and/or Fleet Management
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and effective persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- A quick learner and a problem solver
- The ability to multitask, plan and execute according to plan
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Customer-centric individual and can handle stressful situations in a professional and effective manner
