We are now seeking a Production Manager who wants to grow with us as we expand our range, production capabilities and manufacturing footprint.

The Role - What You'll Do

You will own day-to-day operations across all areas of manufacturing (largely blending and packing), ensuring output is:

• Conducted to a high standard
• Safe
• Efficient
• Scalable

Location & Hours

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Caringbah facility. Standard business hours apply (Mon-Fri 7am - 3:30pm), with flexibility during key production and launch periods.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion the company values and culture
• Lead, train and develop a high-performing production team
• Oversee daily production planning & scheduling
• Uphold and improve GMP, HACCP & food safety compliance
• Drive process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives
• Manage raw material planning, stock accuracy and waste reduction
• Track KPIs and deliver continuous improvement outcomes
• Maintain plant, equipment and machinery to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules, and support decisions on equipment upgrades as we scale production capacity.

This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will be present on the floor, involved in R&D and quality work, and actively shaping and improving systems and workflows.

You're hands-on, humble and lead by example. No task is beneath you when the team needs support.

You are also driven, resourceful and massively motivated by improvement. You love building systems and teams, not just managing them.

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in production leadership or a similar role
• Can think independently and problem-solve effectively
• Hold exceptionally high quality and safety standards
• Have leadership experience in food production/FMCG/pharmaceuticals
• Understand HACCP, GMP & quality management systems
• Are highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Communicate clearly and lead with empathy and accountability
• Enjoy fast-paced environments and take ownership and responsibility

Bonus points if you have:

• Extensive experience in food, supplement or pharmaceutical production
• Qualifications in Food Science, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, or similar fields
• Passion for health, fitness and nutrition
